Drought 2000 Photos
After a warm, dry winter, in the year 2000, the rains stopped. By mid-May some crops were stunted, and we were beginning to think of the dust bowl years in the west.
Believe it or not, there is a tractor in that cloud....choke....gasp....
Stunted and wilted crops are showing the lack of water, as is this squash.
